This collection consists of various items related to the "Red Arrow" Division, the U.S. Army 32nd Infantry Division, and dates from 1910 through Nov. 1943. The collection includes material about the Division's service in World War I and the occupation of Germany, including maps; many photographs; newspaper articles; passes; a booklet, To the homeward bound Americans; a booklet, The 32nd Division; war stamps; a booklet, The American soldier and Alsace-Lorraine, dated Nov. 11, 1918; a ration coupon, a postcard; a pencil portrait of Maj. Gen. W.G. Haan; obituary for Herman Zetzsche (father of Gustav; reunion materials; school day photos from 1910; obituary for F.E. Loudy; Lindberg flight postcard; constitution and bylaws for the Red Arrow Club, dated Apr. 15, 1942; a letter to Zetzsche; a program for the National Peace Reunion and Jubilee, in Detroit, Aug. 1921; a brief handwritten history of the 32nd, by Gustav Zetzsche; and a Finnish paper. The collection also includes a issues of the Red Arrow news record, for Sept., Oct., and Nov. 1943 and words to the Star Spangled Banner.
