Welsh tells the story of houseman coats in Europe, Mar. 1957; editorials and pamphlets on the 1958 Grand Rapids election; speeches and editorials; "Story of an unfinished libel suit": Stanley J. Davis vs. Songs of the Church, et al.; comments, surveys, and correspondence on city, state and national elections; material on the 1966 Ada Township tax question; various articles by Welsh; and photographs of Welsh and various others.
