Manufacturer and politician. Correspondence, press releases, a portion of Fairbanks' autobiography relating to the nomination of Warren G. Harding for President, and other papers of Fairbanks, chairman of the Republican State Central Committee of Ohio. The correspondence includes 10 letters (1914-1919) of Harding dealing primarily with factional struggles within the Republican Party, but also containing insights as to how Harding viewed himself; and 17 letters written by Harry M. Daugherty.
