Civil War narrative of Sgt. A.J. Price, 6th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, Co. G, recounts his capture by rebels in the Battle of Chickamauga; his imprisonment in Castle Lightning in Richmond, Virginia; and his transfer to and escape from prison in Danville. Consists of both holograph narrative and typescript copy, edited by Ann Hansen for publication in Ohio Historical Society's Timeline.
