Friendly Woman Records, 1987-[ongoing].

This collection contains record relating to the publication of the Quaker periodical, Friendly Woman. Editorial responsibility is transferred every two years to a new women's collective, and each deposit becomes a new series. Within each series, papers are organized by sub-series, viz. minutes, correspondence, production records, and special projects. Series II, which contains the records of Colorado Friendly Woman, also includes the papers of Colorado Friendly Woman Alumnae and the preparations for their cookbook, A Soulful Bowlful.

Pendle Hill is a Quaker study center located in Wallingford, Pennsylvania. It was established in 1930 out of an earlier Quaker institution, the Woolman School. The Woolman School was established in 1915 under the care of the General Conference Committee of the Seven Yearly Meetings (Hicksite).
