Maxey papers, 1856-1975.

Small collection of family papers of Flynn Maxey, his wife Olivia, and Olivia's grandfather, Charles H. Meyer. Olivia Maxey's papers concern renaming Meyer Avenue, which had originally been named for her grandfather. Charles Meyer's miscellaneous papers stem from his capacity as Justice of the Peace. There is also one agreement between Fritz Einzau, Charles Warner, and A.B. Chapman concerning cultivation of fields near Tumacacori in 1856.

Charles Herman Meyer was a druggist and Justice of the Peace in Pima County from 1863 to the late 1890s. His granddaughter Olivia was born in Tucson in 1901 and later married Flynn M.
