Born January 17, 1926, San Francisco, California. Consultant on international and domestic women's issues; Writer. Mary P. Haney was born in San Francisco, California, on January 17, 1926. She received an A.B. degree in 1946 from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. in Public Law and Government from Columbia University in 1947. Haney began working for the United States Mission to the United Nations 1948. In 1954, she married Robert C. Haney, a Foreign Service officer with the U.S....
