Congressional committee records, correspondence, speeches, campaign financial and administrative records, voter surveys, photographs, audio tapes, and videocassettes of J. Alex McMillan. J. Alex McMillan III was born in Charlotte, N.C. and attended a private boarding school in Virginia. He later went to college at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Virginia.
