Notice issued by the Office of the Dean of Students informing all U.Va. students that "the chain gate entrance to the parking areas in the rear of Varsity Hall and Cabell Hall will be closed due to construction." Accompanied by a ticket issued by the Director of Traffic for violation of "the traffic regulation forbidding parking on the University Grounds." Parking policies are listed on the reverse side.
