The collection contains includes required courses, 1911; a report on retention and elimination in the College of Arts and Sciences, including class statistics, transfer policies, comparisons with other colleges, course requirements, etc and noting that Virginia retains about 1/5 of its students for four years, [1928?]; an announcement from Ivey F. Lewis that students must fill out of list of jobs and services according to requirements of the Graham Plan to guarantee that athletes did not receive subsidies for playing sports, 1936; directions for registration,1937; and a list of field of concentration advisors for students in the college, 1948.
