Biography: Daniel Riordan received his doctorate in American Literature from the University of North Carolina. He came to Stout in 1970 as a member of the English Department. He was chair of the department from 1973-1977. Riordan was the author of many publications including; "Technical report writing today." He has been very active in both campus and community activities. Description: The bulk of this collection includes correspondence, memos, minutes of meetings, and other materials related to the English Department.
