Vrooman, Isaac Henry, 1876-1953.

Isaac Henry Vrooman was born February 11, 1876 in Albany, N.Y. He graduated from Williams College with the Class of 1899, and was elected Class Secretary, a post he held for many years. In 1902, Vrooman graduated from Cornell University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He went on to serve as Secretary to the Governor of New York. Vrooman died on July 20, 1953.
