Collection consists of biographical and autobiographical material, teaching, research, and committee material, correspondence, and manuscripts of UCLA physiology professor Wilfried F.H.M. Mommaerts. Manuscripts include a typescript copy of chapters from his 1986 unpublished autobiography, and material pertaining to the book manuscript he co-edited with Rainer Greger and Hans-Peter Koepchen, Human physiology from cellular mechanisms to integration, published after Mommaerts death as Comprehensive human physiology : from cellular mechanisms to integration (1996).
