Portfolio prepared by Consolidated Hotel Services, Inc., containing details about a proposed college inn to be built in Charlottesville (on the Dolly Madison Inn site) similar to the Lord Jeffrey at Amherst. Also contains correspondence with Edwin A. Alderman and John Newcomb, President and Acting President of the University of Virginia, Joseph A. Peck of Consolidated Hotel Services and William H. White of the University of Virginia Alumni Board. The report includes postcards of the Lord Jeffrey, the Middlebury Inn and the Williams Inn.
