Various articles and notes concerning the College Drama Festival to be held November 19, 1960 at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond. The Festival received a lot of media attention due to the fact that several noted Broadway figures were present as critics/judges. Includes an announcement of the James S. Helms Playscript Award, established several months after Helms was killed in plane crash in Albemarle County, Va., October 30, 1959. James Helms is a correspondent.
