William C. Muchow as born in Denver, Colo. in 1922. During WWII, he served in the U.S. Navy. Muchow was a graduate of the University of Illinois and Cranbrook Academy of Art. He initially worked as an architect for the firm of Walter S. Simon, and Fisher and Fisher in Denver, Colo. before forming his own practice: Muchow Associates Architects in 1950.
