Collection consists almost entirely of material about the Young Democratic Clubs of America and the Democratic presidential campaign of 1948. Primm was a staunch supporter of Truman from the time he succeeded to the presidency in 1945. There is a photograph of the luncheon of the Democratic National Finance Committee in Washington on Jan. 19, 1949.
