Collection consists of correspondence and legal papers for cases handled by Los Angeles attorney Bradner W. Lee, who practiced law with his sons Bradner W. Lee, Jr. and Kenyon F. Lee. Includes papers relating to Lee's administration of the estate of Elias J. (Lucky) Baldwin. Also contains papers concerning suits involving the Verdugo Canyon Water Co., the Azusa Water Development and Irrigating Co., the Azusa Land and Water Co., the Azusa Agricultural Water Co., the Duarte Mutual Irrigation and Canal Co., the San Dimas Irrigation Co., the Temescal Water Co., and the Glendora-Azusa Water Co.
