Donald W. Herb served as the Division's Executive Secretary (1967-1973). Reports include discussion of the reorganization of the Department on Campus Ministry in 1971; personnel policy issues; Lutheran Council in the U.S.A. (LCUSA)and Division of Educational Services budget; and LCUSA's self study (1972) and reorganization (1973). One report (1974) is dated after the establishment of the Division of Campus Ministry and Educational Services, the Division of Educational Services' successor body, and contains discussion of the LCUSA's Program Planning and Budgeting System as it related to the evaluation. Of the Division. Reuben C. Baerwald served as Executive Secretary of this Division (1974-83).
