Property deeds, certificates of appointment, biographical information and correspondence; chiefly documents relating to Bagg's public appointments in the Arizona territory and purchase of the Tombstone Epitaph and Daily Prospector. A letter to Bagg from Marcus Smith is present concerning a Prospector editorial. There are also legal documents for the sale of the Epitaph printing presses from Waldron J. Cheyney to Bagg.
