The collection consists of an order from the Inspector General of Transportation of the Confederate States of America Army, dated Montgomery, Alabama, September 3, 1864. The order approves the creation of a wagon train to run between Montgomery and Union Springs, Alabama and designates the order of the wagons from each unit.
