The collection consists of the papers of E.T. Kehrer from 1940-1989. The professional activities files (1953-1980) contain correspondence, expense reports, and weekly calendars (1955-1980, minus 1973) pertaining to Kehrer's work with the ILGWU and the AFL-CIO, Civil Rights Department. Personal files (1951-1989) consist of issues of THE NEIGHBOR (1951-1952), and correspondence and financial information pertaining to bee keeping and raising shitake mushrooms.
