The collection consists of papers of Eugene W. Stetson from ca. 1895-1959. The papers include correspondence, photographs, printed materials, newspaper and magazine articles, and scrapbooks documenting Stetson's involvement with the Citizen's National Bank (Macon, Ga.), Guaranty Trust Company (N.Y.), Illinois Central Railroad Company, and the Southern Company (Sea Island, Ga.). The correspondence (1896-1897) is mostly from Stetson, while attending the Gordon Institute (Barnsville, Ga.), to his father and sister.
