The collection consists of records of the Progressive Farmers' Club and its predecessor, the Baldwin County Farmers' Club, from 1927-to present. The records include minutes (1930-1994), resolutions, constitution and by-laws, photographs, newspaper clippings, and correspondence. The records document the activities of the Club including 4-H clubs, its interest in state and federal legislation affecting farmers, and its interaction with the Georgia Farm Bureau Federation, Georgia Dept. of Agriculture, and U.S. Dept. of Agriculture.
