Joseph Elvin Duncan papers, 1975-1980.

The collection consists of papers of Joseph Elvin "Ebb" Duncan from 1975-1980. The papers include correspondence, both incoming and carbons of Duncan's replies, memoranda, reports, clippings, speeches, printed material, and publicity materials. The collection documents Duncan's activities in the Georgia Senate and contains information on legislation before the Senate including the World Congress Center, education, mental health, banks and banking, and the disabled. Correspondents include George Busbee, Paul Brown, Al Holloway, Zell Miller, and Virginia Shapard.
