Crowns, swords, and tennis racquets, 1933.

The collection contains chapters 5 and 7 only, corrected and annotated by the crown prince as noted on the first page by George Viereck, a German-born writer jailed as a German agent during World War II. Prince William begins this section of his memoirs by writing of his father's abdication and the sorry condition of the troops. He continues with observations on international politics and leadership. The manuscript differs significantly from the published Memoirs of the Crown Prince of Germany (1922).
