Quartermaster General's record book, 1882-1889.

Volume contains several unrelated and fragmentary records: (1) an account of ordnance and quartermaster stores shipped from the State Arsenal to National Guard regiments which includes shipment date; regiment location; supply quantity and type; (2) a rough journal summarizing correspondence received and special orders issued for May 31-June 4, 1884; (3) a tracer record of communications sent from the State Arnesal; and (4) a record of the issuance of forms (e.g., company reports; muster rolls; oaths of office; certificates of disability) and Adjutant General reports which include regiment name, rank, and address; receiptent name; and shipment method (e.g., mail; express; personal delivery).

Fort Arbuckle was built in the Indian Territory of Oklahoma on April 19, 1851 and was formally designated a fort in June 1851.
