Land abstracts for which purchasers entered a declaration requesting further credit under the acts of Congress of March 2, 1821 and April 20, 1822. Entries for each tract include General Land Office folio number; purchase date; first certificate surrender date; certificate number; purchaser name and residence; tract legal description; price per acre; acreage; amount owed by purchaser; amount paid by or credited to purchaser; balance due; class number assigned to land; first installment amount and due date; declaration date and number; certificate of further credit date and number; name and residence of individual issued certificate.
