Summary: Collection consists of three documents: an 1825 document selecting Jose Manuel Mestas of Santa Cruz de la Canada for service in the New Mexico Civil Militia, signed by Milita officers; an undated settlement of an acequia dispute involving Juan Domingo Roibal and Francisco de Herrera; and an 1852 settlement of the estates of Manuel Ruival and his wife, Maria Manuela Trujillo of Jacona, New Mexico, through the sale of a mill to Ramon Ruival.
