Consists of a photostatic copy of a Texas state government document that was printed in 1850 titled "Appendix to the Journals of the Senate, of the Third Legislature, State of Texas." This work gives an official account of how and why El Paso County came into the state of Texas instead of New Mexico, to which it really belonged prior to that date.
