Gathering of three sheets contains printed estimate and assessment forms for Confederate States of America "tax in kind" on agricultural products. Tax forms (1864) for Mrs. Eliza Lanham of Edgefield District (S.C.) record amounts of wheat, corn, fodder, molasses, and peas and estimate the value of a tenth of each crop. Form for Mr. L.W.F. Wickham of Darlington District (S.C.) records amounts of corn, fodder, cotton, and peas and estimates the value of a tenth of each crop.
