El Paso economic development collection.

Consists of a photocopy of a typed manuscript titled "An Economic Feasibility Study of the Establishment of a Frontier El Paso." This paper was presented to Dr. Everett G. Dillman, associate professor of business at the University of Texas at El Paso, by a group of nine students in partial fulfillment of course requirements in business management and policy laboratory. Group members included Joseph F. Bertinetti, John Davis, Sam Duke, Charles Gara, Alan Woods, Dianne Buckner, Harold Dove, Luis Fierro, and Dave Gerlach. The paper explored the possibilities for the development of a frontier-type shopping mall at the old Union Depot on San Francisco Street in El Paso, Texas.
