This series contains minutes and agenda of the Student Service Commission (1945-1948), the Division of Student Service (1949-1955) and the Division of College and University Work (1956-1966). Minutes may contain executive session minutes, exhibits, and reports which were not widely distributed. Minutes and agenda are from annual, regular, executive, and special committee meetings. A Special Committee to Study the Division of College and University Work (1965-1966) and Planning Committee on the Division's Successor Agency (1966) are included. Minutes and agenda contain executive secretary reports, summaries of activities. Secretary activity reports, finance, election of officers, and discussion of scholarship grants and publication production.
