Summary: Collection consists of invitations to and letters of response for the wedding of Jaramillo and his wife Cleofitas in 1898; four letters from Jaramillo to Cleofitas (1896-1901); and a program from the 1954 dedication of Jaramillo Hall at the New Mexico Normal School (which became New Mexico Highlands University). Responses to the wedding invitations include letters from O.A. Larrazolo, L. Bradford Prince, and John R. McFie.

Politician, educator. Born 1859 in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. Educated in New Mexico. In 1895 moved to Las Vegas, N.M. where he established a law office. Ran several times for political office. L. Bradford Prince served as Chief Justice of the New Mexico Territorial Supreme Court (1879-1888) and as Governor of the Territory of New Mexico (1889-1893).
