Includes writings of Talluto and Milton G. Bohrod; materials on the School of Medical Technology at Rochester General Hospital (scrapbooks, unpublished history by Talluto, lectures, lab procedure book, etc.); materials on the hospital's clinical laboratory; and misc. realia from the pathology lab.

Rochester General Hospital obtained its charter in 1847 as the Rochester City Hospital. The Hospital opened its doors in 1864 on West Main St. The name was changed to Rochester General in 1911. In the early 1960s, the departments moved to the Northside Division, the current campus of the Hospital. Mildred R. Talluto worked from 1940 to 1975 in the Clinical Laboratory at Rochester General Hospital (New York). Having graduated from RGH's School of Medical Technology in 1940, she returned to work in the lab. From 1948-58, she served as Program Director of the Medical Technology Program and as an instructor. She authored many professional articles and papers. Her collection of materials was donated to the Baker-Cederberg Museum and Archives shortly before her death in 1989. From t...
