Letterbook of Company M, 6th Infantry Regiment, 1903-1910.

Volume contains copies of outgoing correspondence, primarily addressed to the Adjutant General, concerning requistions for arms and equipment; election results; resignations; target practice; firearms regulations; and promotions. Letterbook also contains summaries of incoming correspondence which note the sender's name; rank; location; and occasionally, disposition or other action. Inserted in the volume are two monthly company returns (September 1916 and March 1917) which provide attendance statistics for officers and enlisted men; and personnel gains or losses since last return.
