Certificates of enlistment, 1863-1865.

Volume contains certificate stubs used to verify a soldier's enlistment. Entries on each stub include certificate number and issuance date; soldier's name, company, and regiment; muster in date and place; mustering officer name; and request information (i.e., name and address for requests not from soldier).
