Reminiscences and biographical material, business records, and maps concerning hs life and work with mining companies in Arizona. Business correspondence concerns mining development in Morenci and Bisbee including the Longfellow Mine, Detroit Mine, Copper Queen Mine, San Carlos Mine, Copper Basin and Globe Mines and others. Includes reports of the Arizona Copper Company, 1880-1882, the Detroit Mining Company, and litigation between the Copper Queen Mine and the Arizona Copper Prince Mine. Also present are many condolence letters received after Douglas' death.
