The Uintah County Juvenile Court papers include the following: 1. Court notification papers signed by Judge Earl Thompson, 1917-1918. 2. Monthly Reports of All Cases Handled by the Juvenile Court of Uintah County, 1919 3. Papers certifying outcomes of trials to be true, signed by Judge J.N. Davis, 1916 4. Complaint slips showing names of delinquents and their families 5. Letters written to Earl Thompson from accused juveniles and their parents; a letter requesting larger desks for pupils, 1917. 6. County Treasurer's Office Checks or Receipts, 1916-1917 7. Attendance records (written in pencil on the back of a blank School Board form 8. Letter to Juvenile Officer about "petty thievery" at a Post Office, 1919 9. A photographs of a Branch President, teachers and students, circa 1950. The cases deal with truancy, tobacco use before the age of 21, bothering other pupils, disobedience in school, pupils being taken out of school to work on farms and ranches, stealing money from post offices and stealing mail.
