Autobiography [microform] (Typescript).

Born in Newlin Township, Pennsylvania, son of John Woolley and Rachel Dilworth. Conversion to Mormonism of his older brother Edwin; move to Nauvoo, Illinois, in 1840; his own LDS baptism, 1840; activities in Nauvoo, including work on the temple; missionary labors in Kentucky and New York from 1842 until late 1844; return to Nauvoo; marriage in the Nauvoo Temple, January 1846; exodus west; temporary settlement at Cutler Park, Nebraska, then to Winter Quarters, Nebraska; journey to St. Joseph, Missouri to purchase flour; arrival in the Salt Lake Valley, 1847; return part way east to aid other emigrants; pioneer life and activities in the Salt Lake Valley until 1851.
