Born at Uxbridge, Massachusetts, son of Ezekiel Johnson and Bethiah Garnzey. His wife, Julia Hills, daughter of Joseph Hills and Esther Ellis, was born at Upton, Massachusetts. Marriage, family data and activities; conversion to Mormonism of Juia Johnson and her children, 1832; association with Joseph Smith.
