Biographical sketch [microform] (Typescript).

Born at Middleton, Lacaster, England, son of George Robinson and Sarah Ann Holt. Conversion to Mormonism in 1840 through the efforts of Brigham Young; immigration to St. Louis, Missouri; marriage to Elizabeth Hobson, 1850; removal to Council Bluffs, Iowa; arrival in the Salt Lake Valley, 1852; residence in Tooele Coutny, Weber County, and American Fork, Utah; family data; trade as a wheelwright; member of the first brass band in American For, Utah, and also the first choir; settlement in Shelley, Idaho; death in American Fork, 1917.
