Handwritten and signed letter, dated 3 Dec. 1897, addressed to Barton Orville Aylesworth, and composed in Boston, Massachusetts. Adams thanks Aylesworth for "your volume, 'Song and Fable'" and mentions his own book "Dictionary of American Authors."
