Biographical sketch [microform] (Typescript).

Born in Pennsylvania, son of Danial Henrie and Sarah Mandall. Marriage to Myra Mayall in 1824; baptism in to the Mormon church in the Mississippi River, 1842; purchase of eighty acres of land near Nauvoo, Illinois, and life as a farmer; exodus west, 1846; arrival in the Salt Lake Valley, 1847; early activities in Utah; settlement in Bountiful, Utah; call to colonize Panaca, Nevada, by Brigham Young, failure to respond although his wife, Myra Mayall Henrie and some of her children went to Panaca; subsequent removal of Myra to Panguitch, Utah; death of William in Bountiful, Utah, 1883.
