Attendance records, 1908-1920.

Daily attendance record gives total number of staff and inmates present and absent. Attendance sheets also record the number of male and female inmate and total inmates from each county; and the aggregate inmate total from all counties. Record also indicates any change in institutional population since previous day (i.e., admissions; discharges; deaths; resignations; dismissals).
