Each inmate register entry includes name; age; register number; sex; weight; height; residence; entrance date; head circumference and diameter; bitemporal diameter; fronto occipital arc and transversalis arc dimensions. Remarks on inmate's medical history; motor abilities; speech and language skills occasionally are included. Readmission, transfer, discharge, or death dates are given infrequently.
