Entries include entry or release date; prisoner registration number; name; former occupation; birthplace; race; religion; age; habits (e.g., D drink; S smoke); and mental culture (i.e., dull; low average; borderline; average; normal; high average; superior); county where crime committed; crime description; and sentence term. Release information includes disposition (e.g., pardon; parole; transfer; discharge; parole to military service) and receipt date. Receipt entries provide authorization (e.g., court order; transferred; parole violation). Monthly recapitulations of receipts and releases are also given.
