The Honorable John Dalzell was elected to the United States Congress for thirteen consecutive terms from 1888 until 1911. After earning degrees from Western University (now the University of Pittsburgh) and Yale University, Dalzell was admitted to the Allegheny County bar in 1867 and formed a partnership with John H.
