Minutes of the News Bureau's Managing Committee contain discussion of the Bureau's transfer to the NLC (1918) and include Bureau reports to the NLC Annual and Executive Committee meetings (1919-21). General discussion of budget, staff additions and resignations, and publicity work are also included. Members of the Committee during the early 1920's included: Lauritz Larsen, NLC Executive Director; O.H. Pannkoke, Bureau director; and George D. Boschen, O.C. Mees, E.F. Eilert, George Linn Kieffer, Howard R. Gold and Charles H. Dahmer.
