Proceedings contain the parliamentary record of the actions (e.g., resolutions, orders, motions, roll call vote tallies, transcriptions of committee reports) of the members of the 1970 Constitutional Convention convened for the purpose of drafting a new state constitution. Also included is a copy of the proposed constitution with notations on variations from the 1870 version.
